Ingredient you need to cook like me.

I use the same ingredients all the time to make different dishes. So if you want to cook like me the vegetables isles will be your favorite place in a supermarket.

In my dishes I only use fresh vegetables and fruits, (apart from frozen peas, fresh ones are not easy to find) I do not used canned food (you can use dry food like beans and sock them in water over night).

You will need different types of seasoning (spice), as they contribute a lot in these plant based meals for a more favorite taste.

What is a spice/ seasoning? according to the (dictionary.com) a spice is “any of a class of pungent or aromatic substances of vegetable origin, as pepper, cinnamon, or cloves, used as seasoning, preservatives, etc.”
Spices are made from dried herbs and ground roots, stalks, seeds and fruits of plants. Seasonings usually adds flavor and color to food.

Different types of seasoning are:

Cinnamon
Paprik
Turmeric
Ginger
Nutmeg
Cumin
Cardamom
Cloves
Thyme
Oregano

I use different types of vegetables depending on what type of dish I am preparing.

I use fresh vegetables because they taste better and I love the smell of fresh vegetables. You can use canned or frozen vegetables but once you try fresh vegetables you will never go back. To my taste frozen and canned vegetables taste like cardboard.

Must have vegetables and foods in your kitchen and fridge.
