
Ingredients:
- fresh green beans
- fresh tomatoes
- onions
- peanut
- carrots
Seasoning:
- curry powder
- cinnamon powder
Directions:
- Cut all the vegetable in small/medium pieces
- put 2 spoon of oil in a cooking pot, add in onions, carrots, green beans and the tomatoes, mix it all together and cook for 5 minutes on low heat, add 5 spoons of water so the vegetables do not burn.
- add in the curry and cinnamon powder and salt for taste.
- put in 4 cups of water and let it shimmer for 5 minutes
- add 1/2 cups of peanut butter and mix it together on low/medium heat, cook for 10 minutes.
